Ugh the drama NEVER ends!! Something happened to Matthew’s storm cell and it has a white screen with a 102 error. I took it to the verizon store and they told me that the system crashed. Yeah, just like mine did a week ago! I am starting to think that there tweaking with updates to mess with there customers phones so that they have to come in and buy a new phone. I refuse to buy a new phone. I would have to pay retail price of $200 dollars or more. No thank you! No phone is not worth that much. They weren’t helpful at all. So I am now trying to reload the softwear back on his phone and hope and pray it works. If not, I don’t know what else to do.

I had a very stressful morning. I had so much planned to do today, but this just topped it off. I am beat and stressed out about his phone.
