This is me, this is who I am

I am Danielle. I am 27 years old. I am from New Jersey. I have lived here most of my life. I am happily married to my best friend Matthew. We have been married for almost 7 years now and been together for 9 years. We do not have any children and not sure if we would like any. We really enjoy our freedom.

I work from home. I am freelance web blogger along with other tasks of social media and web design. It is really awesome to work from home, but it can be boring at times. I would really love to work in the cosmetics field. It is one of my goals in life! To attend MUD (makeup designer school in NYC).

I enjoy web/graphic design, spending time with family, working out, just hanging out, capturing life as it happens with my Nikon <3 and watching The Office. I have the hugest crush on Ed Helms and Steve Carell (Matthew always makes fun of me for this) . I also enjoy traveling, networking and shopping.

I am very excited that I am having gastric bypass surgery in July 2010 to change my life forever! I am overjoyed with the decision I made!

Matthew and I met online on a chat program called Pal Talk. I think to this day it is funny that we met that way. I thank everyday that I was in that chat and met the man of my dreams. It wasn’t always easy for us though. I was still in highschool and I lived in New Jersey and he lived in Illinois. It was very hard for us to see each other. We started to date on March 5, 2001 and met in person in August 2001. It was love at first site. Its pretty creepy how we had so much in common. I still to this day don’t understand that.

Couple days after my 21st birthday, I decided to move with Matthew. He flew me over to IL to stay with him in May 2003, and July 5th, 2003 we got married and three days later we moved back to New Jersey. It was one of the best choices we made. I don’t have anything against IL or anything but his area was very boring! I am a city girl, I need my shops and tall buildings! I remember taking Matthew to New York City for the first time and he being in shocked. He loved it! Thats what happens usually!

I am hoping to get remarried for our 10 year wedding anniversary somewhere really nice on a beach since we didn’t have a “typical” wedding.
