Matthew bought me this really high tech pedometer from amazon this week. It seems really neat and I am so excited about getting it. I have been really good staying on my diet. Saturday is my first weight in and I am really nervous to see what happens. I have been watching, but I haven’t really got in any “real” exercise. I am going to try to do a few tapes tomorrow or find something on demand I can do. That is that great thing about Comcast, they have great exercise programs on demand for free.

Nothing else exciting has really been going on. The time change has really messed me up. It really gets dark around here really quick at 5pm. You think it would be 10pm!
